How to get started:
Getting started is simple and pressure free.
Check out our FREE postpartum resources on our online platform to educate and
gain awareness to check for abdominal separation and how to activate your pelvic floor
and transverse abdominal muscles.
From 2-weeks postpartum, or when you feel ready, you can engage in some basic core connection exercises and stretches preparing yourself to return to exercise after your 6-week medical clearance from your doctor or medical professional.
Back2Basics: 12-week Safe Return to Exercise Program
Our Back2Basics program is a low-impact, supportive way to rebuild your strength from the inside out. With a strong focus on core connection, each workout gently integrates pelvic floor and deep core activation into simple, functional movements.
These are the kinds of movements that support real life — lifting your baby, chasing toddlers, and getting through everyday tasks feeling stronger and more supported.
Workouts begin with easy, bodyweight exercises and gradually progress each week, so you never feel rushed or overwhelmed. Halfway through the program, we introduce resistance bands to gently challenge you and help you build confidence in your strength again.
It’s about moving with intention, rebuilding trust in your body, and feeling capable
— one step at a time.
