Personal training sessions with Ash are designed for women who want expert support at any stage of motherhood and fitness. 

Whether you’re eager to return to exercise after having a baby but find it hard to leave the house, wanting to get back to the training you loved pre-pregnancy while navigating postnatal changes or injuries, new to strength training and feeling intimidated by the gym, looking to stay active during pregnancy with confidence by supporting your body and baby, or simply striving to be a strong, energetic role model for your children while juggling a busy schedule, these personalised sessions meet you exactly where you are at and fit seamlessly into your life.

I’ve got you, Mama! I’m Ash, a personal fitness trainer who’s on a mission to empower mums to get fit, gain more energy, and be the strong role model you long to be for your kids, through my supportive and empowering training sessions.

How Bespoke Personal Training with Ash works:

Investment: $50 for 45-minute session – includes warm-up, 30min workout and cool down.
If you want to train with a friend this price can include two people sharing the same session at a location of your choice within the Kaipatiki area.

 Term 1 Timetable:

Choose from 10am sessions at Shepherds Park or 11am/1pm/2pm sessions at a location of your choice within the Kaipatiki area

What’s included in your session:

 Each session is fully tailored to your individual needs, goals, and stage of life, so you feel supported and confident every step of the way. All training equipment is provided - just show up. 


As part of your experience, you’ll also receive a FREE copy of my 60-page “Reclaim Your Pelvic Floor” eBook, packed with practical education to complement your training, plus nutritional guidance if needed, ensuring you’re supported both inside and outside our sessions.

Ash was able to create a personalised training plan for me with adaptations based on recommendations from my physio. She listened to my goals and my preferences.
